Well on monday I had a nice busy day i ran two appointments and then headed back to the office to do some follow up calls. On my way back to the office I drove past a house and I could see them carrying a rolled up carpet out to the curb. I kept driving but then i thought hmmmm they are probly taking that carpet up from the basement since it got flooded maybe I should see if they are having a problem in thier basement. I drove back around and now they were taking up brown boxes to the curb and I know right there what had happened. I introduced myself and told them i worked with Quality 1st Basement Systems, In the end I stayed there for 3 hours and next thursday they are getting their basement waterproofed.
